Handcrafted in Switzerland, the Baxter of California combs are produced from high quality cellulose acetate sheets (a natural, modified polymer derived from cotton and tree pulp cellulose). From cutting to polishing, each comb goes through a detailed 12-step process of manufacturing (all done by hand), resulting in smoothly tapered teeth and rounded tips for comfort and care of the hair and scalp. 7.75" in Tortoise.

I bought this comb recently to replace the very cheap and flimsy one I received with a hair trimmer. I wasn’t to sure what to expect from a $20 comb, but the reviews spoke highly of it and I based my decision on that. After a week of use I am very satisfied with my purchase. The overall weight of the comb is vastly different than my previous one and it fits my larger hands more effectively. The biggest benefit I’ve noticed from this comb over my old one is just how sturdy it is. This is the type of comb I’d expect to see in high end barber shops, one that does not bend easily or experience any of the teeth breaking. I also use this with some Baxter Clay product which is very sticky stuff, but the comb handles it very nicely.
Baxter, you know I don’t speak Spanish

First time comb buyer here and so far so good. I grew up snagging my dad’s old brushes and combs, using them for holidays or weddings to try and clean up. I spent some time in the service and never had my hair longer than an inch, really no need for control at that length. I have been growing out my hair and beard for 3 months, so I have been looking a bit mangy lately. My mother and a few girls in my life wanted a cleaner look but I just don’t want to get a haircut or shave my face. I bought some styling products and this comb to try and bring it all together and man scape.
Excellent quality. I am very happy with this comb.
Been using a brush, decided to go back to a comb. Some of the previous combs I have used and seen were too flimsy; they looked cheap; and they generally appeared to be of lower quality.
At Last–a REAL quality comb

Finally–a comb like the ones everyone bought when they were kids–well made, smooth edges, and will last a lifetime (literally)! Well worth the price.
your girlfriend will think you played it right.

20 bucks for a comb? Yes it is ridiculous…but i don’t regret it. Its heavy, the picks are soft on your scalp, and its nice a big so you don’t struggle with hand placement. If you’re already reading the comments, just go ahead and buy it.
My fav comb by far I use it for my beard no more tugging and pull just smooth now
