Imagine the "Emagine" from Emjoi. The Emagine from Emjoi is a ground breaking hair remover with 72 tweezer heads that removes hair quickly and comfortably by reducing the number of passes required to achieve the benefits of epilation – smooth and silky skin. Emjoi's patented "Glide Technology" lifts up the hair for quick and easy removal. Coupled with Emjoi's innovation of a one fixed tweezer disc and two that open and close, the skin is stretched to increase comfort and efficiently remove hair. The Emagine is also the first epilator in the world to offer Silver Ion Technology to provide antimicrobial protection – from bacterial infections. Emagine's Dual Opposed Staggered Heads are a completely new feature for an epilator; they allow the epilator to cover more surface area than ever before while grasping and removing the hair in one pass. To reduce the chance of ingrown hairs, the Emagine features exclusive "middle lifting fingers" that lift flat and short hairs for easy epilation. The Emagine is the ultimate hair remover! The Results? – Hair Free for up to 6 weeks while leaving your skin soft and smooth. Middle lifting fingers prepare hair for removal by lifting flat and short hair and decrease the possibility of ingrown hair Removes hair from the root leaving skin smooth for up to 6 weeks. Silver Ion Technology provides antimicrobial protection Curved shape is designed to hug the curves of the body Ergonomically engineered handle is balanced in your hand and is easy to hold and maneuver all over the body Removes hair from the root as short as 0.5mm Gentle enough to remove delicate facial hair on the upper lip and chin Great for removing hair on the legs, bikini line and underarms Soft touch grip for comfort and control 2 Speed

Handy little thing works well

This is the second epilator I bought, and I liked it much better than the first. When I opened the package, I found the epilator, the cord, the carrying bag, cleaning brush, exfoliating pad, and the manual all included. The epilator fits comfortably in my hand and is easy to maneuver, even with the cord (which has to remain attached during use and was not a problem.) It’s kinda loud, but no more than other epilators I guess, and actually a little quieter than the first one I tried. The fact that it has so many tweezers makes it go more quickly than an epilator with less tweezers. It does hurt a little at first, but I have pretty thick and coarse hair, so it’s much better doing it this way than waxing. I used this everywhere but my face. Yes, my whole bikini area, legs, arms, and underarms. I use the little brush every few strokes to wipe it out, go slow and don’t press hard or you’ll end up breaking hairs off instead of pulling them out. Also, wiping the tweezers with alcohol in between uses seems to help keep them gripping the hairs nicely. And everything fits right into the little carrying bag when finished!

This is my fifth epilator I have bought! I have had it about 6 months and wanted to wait and use it a while before I gave it my review. This is also the most expensive one I have bought! I am glad I waited because I learned some tricks with this one to really get max performance with it! My first few weeks/months with it I was disappointed! After reading the reviews I expected this to be very fast and save me a lot of time compared to my other epilators. With all the extra blades it only made sense. I am here to tell you that it takes just as long and I really think a tad bit longer. But hear me out and keep in mind I gave it 5 stars for the many reasons discussed below.

I am a seasoned epilator, and thought I’d share my experience for those who are debating which epilator to purchase.

It arrived in a few days, was well packed, and in a new box.
Experience Talking Here: A Lesson on Epilating

First of all, I have been epilating for about 15 years, so I have good experience. The benefits to epilating over waxing is that the wax has to pull your skin and the hair. The epilator only has to pull your hair. If you’ve never done this before, let me assure you, it WILL HURT the first few times, and then it will be nothing. I don’t know how your skin gets used to it, but it does! As long as you continue to do it in a particular area. I never have razor burn from epilating. When I used to do it on my legs, I got ingrown hairs, because the hair can’t push through my skin when it’s not bluntly cut off at the surface. I don’t do my legs anymore, because of the courseness of my hair.
Be prepared – it hurts the first few times you use it, but it gets better!

I’ve owned this torture device for a few weeks now. The first time I used it, I took a hot bath and used the little scrub thing they sent with this.First off, the cord is too short to use in the bathroom, so I had to prop my leg on the counter, the other standing on the ground. I dried off and plugged the thing in and started on my ankle. Once it started ripping my hair out, I nearly came unglued and almost fell onto the floor. I unplugged it and went into my bedroom where I’d be safe – or so I thought. I plugged it in again and started working on my leg again. I was able to get up to my knee before the headache from the pain became too much and the kids learned new words. Needless to say, it took 4 days to get both legs and bikini area done. Believe it or not, the bikini area was a piece of cake. I waited a week before I started the process all over again. It wasn’t as painful, and made it through both legs with a dull headache. The 3rd week, I had this little bugger down pat. It never once bogged down, or turned off.
fine, hairs on my face

I really hesitated on this purchase because I don’t need another expensive gadget that doesn’t work in my junk drawer. My primary purpose for this Emjoi was to get rid of my baby, blond, fine, hairs on my face. So I gave it a go and it worked famously. Read the instructions before you take it to your face because you are supposed hold it at a different angle when using it on your face.

Don’t usually write reviews, but this thing is great! Fought with facial hair all my life and used a razor daily! Someone told me to buy an epilator and eventually hair will come back less and less. Tried laser, electrolysis, – everything over the many years and paid lots of money to professionals.
