I wanted to try this a few times before giving my review. I have never epilated But wanted to try it on my legs because I can’t stand shaving anymore. Ok yes, the first time it does hurt. The first time I dry brushed my legs, exfoliated with scrub and then epilated when dry. I didn’t get all of the hairs but epilated two days later it hurt less. I then waited another two days and got the remaining. Anyone else looking at my legs wouldn’t have seen the hairs and I think only I would know the difference. The first time it was a little bumpy and red but after the second time I not longer get those bumps.

Now I do like this product

Now I do like this product, it’s just maybe I’m too impatient or my hairs are just weird but it doesn’t seem to pull every hair. It does get most but there are still a lot that are spiky the next day, making me realize it’s just cutting the hair sometimes. I have a high pain tolerance and the only spot that ‘gets to me’ is the back of my calves, not the worst feeling but also not pleasurable either. It DOES get better over time though, and as long as you stick with it (which I’m terrible at lol) over time the hair will be less and less, whether that’s from them just not growing back or they become finer. I’ve used it for my legs, underarms, and yes also my pubic hair (which unless you have a high pain tolerance BEWARE, also be very careful :P). Over all though I do like this product.

Takes some getting used to!

But works very well! Once you realize it is not really as painful as your mind is telling you it works great. 🙂 I experimented with different angles and tips until I figured out what worked best where. Bikini line is the most difficult (obviously) and sensitive. But leaves you smooth and razor burn free. Be sure to get a good toner so you don’t get ingrown hairs when you first start using one of these! Some of the hairs can break and it’s no fun to have ingrowns.

Love this!

I have used an ‘Epilady’ ever since it was released (for at least 40 years) which has resulted in very little hair to worry about on my legs. I just wished I had used it under my arms and other sensitive areas, but it was too painful. The Braun, however, has made that no longer an issue. This wonderful appliance takes care of underarm and other sensitive areas quite gently. That doesn’t mean to say that it doesn’t sting, but once you get used to it and figure out how to hold the skin correctly while using the device, it’s almost painless. I also love being able to use both the shaver and the epil in the shower. The light makes it easy to see and it’s a cinch to use. Thanks Braun!

Love it!!!

Ohhh my god…i remember my first time…it is so freaking painful!!!))) even now every time i do it it hurts, but like everybody saying you get use to it))) if you want to be pretty you have to suffer)) Im europian so my skin not so sensitive but my hair is dark and thick everywhere)) So i use it around 5 month now…and yes you can tell a difference. Before i was shaving and my legs was soft less than 24 hours…now i epilate my legs ones per week plus hair growing away thinner and even less. About charging…to be honest for me sometimes enough to epilate all my parts if its fully charged )) Which is legs, half of bikini and underams))) Maybe Im just do it very fast)) So ladies…who have any doubts …don’t think buy it! first you will be suffer but later you will be thankful)))

Works great! I love it but I have learned that …

Works great! I love it but I have learned that you want your hair to be grown out a bit before using and sometimes follow up with a razor because it doesn’t get everything. Overall though I love this product.

Best one yet!

I have been using an epilator for 30 years. While they have improved dramatically over time, (anyone remember the vibrating coil torture device?) there was not any epilator product that didn’t need more. This has it all. Fantastic as an epilator and does away with the need for multiple devices for personal grooming. AND i can use it in the shower!!!!
