"This is the best result I’ve ever had from shaving with an electric …

“This is the best result I’ve ever had from shaving with an electric and no issue with it at all, I’m very happy with the performance of this razor. My face right now feels so shockingly smooth after using the shaver. The Braun feels the most comfortable to hold, easy to grip even if your hands are wet. The product gives you the flexibility to chose a nice wet or dry shave and be satisfied with either choice. Just be careful when using this on anything besides your face. All in all, not a bad trimmer for the price. There are better out there, but for what costs I’m largely satisfied.
Finally! A Shaver for Those With Thick Hair

Growing up I was always told by the men in my family that my facial hair was too thick for electric shavers. After exclusively using the reusables from Schick and Gillette for many years, I tried a hand me down electric shaver for the first time and had virtually no success with it and soon abandoned it. Fast forward 8 years to when I received Braun Series 3 3040 Wet and Dry Shaver from Braun and I was skeptical to say the least.
Excellent Shaver at a Great Price!

Very good shaver. I’ve only used electric, so bear that in mind. But of all of the electric shavers I’ve used, this one is one of the best. I’ve always enjoyed braun in particular because I can’t stand shavers that don’t implement the trimmer that slides up. Most flip up, which reduces the effectiveness (ie more hair pulling) of the shaver. The braun is a good price point, very, very effective, with a long battery life. You can rinse the foil off after detaching it, making cleaning that much easier. Great shaver, great price!
Two words: GREAT SHAVER!
What a great shaver. When I shave I usually use shaving cream, however this shaver also works good on just dry skin, which is an added plus just in case I have to rush and I don’t wanna look horrible. However the shave is better and more smooth when you use it with shaving cream, hot water or shaving soap. Getting to the product; the quality on the build is fantastic, when using the shaver you don’t feel any tugging on your skin like those cheap disposable razors or even the 5 blade razors, I’ve also noticed for the short time i’ve used this any noticble cuts or razor burn which is an added benefit. Overall this thing is just great, I recommend it to anyone who doesn’t wanna deal with other razors or shavers tugging, cuts or razor burn and also wants a good quality product that doesn’t eat your wallet. GO GET THIS THING ALREADY!
Probably can’t do better at this price
I’ve used the high dollar Brauns and Panasonics in the past and this one is close enough in performance while being significantly cheaper. The charge lasts for a good 4-5 shaves and it gets as close as the more expensive versions.

amazing razor…this was purchased to replace a Panasonic wet dry, which was generally an awful unit….poor charging and poor shaving…
I let my son try my Braun and he wanted one too

I have been using this shaver for a few years now. My son has been using a Norelco. Then he tried mine and said he wanted it. So I got him one and he likes it a lot better than the Norelco. It is a good shaver. The battery lasts a long time. Charging it is pretty quick. Easy to clean.
Get a foil razer for the closest shave, Get a Braun Shaver for the best shave
Our son sent “Dad” a $50 Amazon Gift card for Father’s Day. “Dad” needed a new razer! Since my hubby doesn’t use the computer, we researched this together. He did not want a rotary razer. The foil razers shave closer and don’t pull hair. We spent an hour comparing Amazon foil razers, finding that most Braun Shavers are way out of our financial reach…then we saw this one! When he opened the box (ordered on June 22, delivered on June 24 at 10 AM by Prime) he commented on the nice quality, easy to hold shape, and that the battery was already inserted for him and ready to go. After he shaved, using the electric option, he wanted me to feel his face…GREAT! His face felt smooth, close shave, fast work, no nicks! Yay! We both love it! I recommended it to our sons.
My last Braun shaver lasted 10 years, and this one has been a great replacement for it
I’m one of those guys who doesn’t like a babyface shave and prefers to leave just a tiny bit of facial hair when I shave. I owned an older model Braun shaver for the past ten years, and just used the popup sideburn trimmer on that to shave with every week. It still works (and the battery still holds a great charge after 10 years!), but the popup shaver is starting to get stuck, so I bought this as a replacement. I’ve used both the popup shaver like on my old Braun, and I’ve gone ahead and tested the regular blades on this for a babyface shave, and have to say that I’m very impressed with both shaving options. I also like that I’ll be able to use this to shave in the shower, although I’ve not tried it yet. I also really like the physical design of this; it fits nicely in my hand, and the rubber grip has a very nice feel to it. Another great shaver by Braun. Hope this one lasts me 10 years as well!

For a low cost electric shaver, it works well. It does not need to be recharged very often either which was surprising. I did not test the quantity of days it will remain usable without charging but it is several for me. An electric shave is not perfect, but again for the money, this shaver is not too bad.
